Harrassment, breaking the law, insults, refusal to stop calling after being asked to stop calling.

IC Systems complaint by Gunnarbunny
These people call me everyday to demand payment from a dead relative. They have been told he is dead, so they ask next "is he married", I tell them no, so they move on to the third question which is "does he have an estate", again the answer is always no. At this point they either say "we will call back tomorrow" or "you have to send us a copy of the death certificate". Obviously, I refuse to do so, because I am not giving strangers his personal information, also I am not responsible for his debt. I have repeatedly told them to download his death certificate off of the state website which they can legally do, but for whatever reason refuse to do so. They have violated my states "Blue Law" by calling on Sundays, and also by to continuing to call after I have asked them to stop. On many occasions they have attacked me with insults as well. I am getting with my lawyer to order a cease and desist (sp?) and also the BBB.

I received a collection notice from this company for verizon. I have been transferred through every dept in Verizon and not ONE person could find where I owed money. So now I have to write a dispute and send it to this place which I find to be crazy!

I received calls from IC Systems at 8:00 AM on Sunday demanding to pay my AT&T wireless bill and told me to pay right away either by credit card or checks otherwise they will report me to the credit bureau. I was pissed and called AT&T directly since I don't owe AT&T anything, I have an account with AT&T but as far as payment goes I pay on time. I spoke with a customer service with AT&T and they told me to ignored the call because they haven't reported me to a collection agency.

Well, a week after they called me again demanding another payment and I told the person, I don't owe you anything and he responded if you made a payment, provide me with the credit card your used and the amount you paid. So I was pissed off again and hang up the phone. Oh well, a week after and it happened today I received another call from IC Systems again demanding for another payment, so I said to stop harassing me or I report you to the police and I was suprise of what the person told me "this is not harassment you owe AT&T and AT&T reported you to us" so we have the right to call you whenever we want" I was pissed off again and hang up.

I have called AT&T several occasions but they just said to ignored the call since they also have a lot of customers pissed off by this company.

Its not illegal to call on Sundays. I know I audit collection agencies. It is illegal to keep calling.
