I am very upset about how I was treated over the phone by that collection company I.C. Systems.

I called to set up my next payment for July and I was harassed by someone who was not professional or compassionate and tried to get me to pay more than I can afford.

This person was rude and he seemed to enjoy putting me in emotional distress. I was told to sell my car, or ask for money and my words were twisted around to make me out like a idiot.

I really need someone to be on my side.
