Another Rip Off Attempt? IC Systems repeatedly make calls to my cell phone. When I answered the call, they did not identify self or purpose of call. Attempted to retain my birthdate and requested confirmation. I had to ask what Company this was - did not identify purpose once again. Sounded like another rip-off attempt on identity fraud or an attempt to obtain information on bank information that we have had so many of lately though EBay. Does anyone know what this Company does? We have had multiple fraudulent attempts to obtain merchandise or payment through Ebay and Paypal and IC Systems is suspiciously familiar.
