IC Systems complaint

IC Systems has been calling my home day and night for someone else!!!!!!!!!!!! When I say that person is not here they hang up before I can explain. When I call their number back, the phone just disconnects. Several times they have called and hung up when I answer. I estimate they call somewhere between 5 and 8 times a day. Harassment???????? Isn't there a stronger term? I'm sure there are consumer protection laws addressing this. I will be reporting them but I suspect they are immune from prosecution. How can we get back at these vicious abusers and harassers?

The phone number for I C Systems is 800-279-8189. Hours are monday through thursday 7am to 9pm, friday 7am to 7pm, saturday 7am to 3:30pm and sunday 2pm to 8pm. I've been calling non stop for the last 3 hours and harrassing their employees since I had one call me and insult me, my values and my family. My wife has a bill with them from a medical expense that should have been covered by our insurance company. We're trying to figure out why it wasn't covered but because I won't pay out of pocket until I'm sure that I owe this money they feel the need to insult me and tell me I'm irresponsible and refuse to pay my bills. I understand that they bought this bill from the hospital and need to collect on the money. It's business, no big deal, I can deal with the constant phone calls. The thing I WON'T deal with is one of their associates feeling the need to personally insult me. There is no reason or need for personal insults in business. So I decided to turn the tables and call them constantly for a while.

Iam having the same problem with I C System, calling any time day or night, the bad thing is they have the wrong phone number and still will not stop calling, help help help

I found "I.C. System, 444 Highway 96 East, St. Paul, MN 55127-2557" as their address. Mail them a letter asking them to stop contacting your telephone number. By law they have to comply or face federal fines.
