IC Systems complaint
they are very rude everytime ive spoken with them. they are demanding their money from when i got scammed on paypal and im not paying that back. im a 17 year old guy who works and makes just enough for gas money a week. i dont have 1,100 dollars to pay because someone screwed me over. i dont have the time for them to be calling me of all hours of the day. its complete and utter disrespect. im in school from 7 am to 2 pm and i get 3 missed calls a day from them. and when i do anwser they get very pushy about how they want their money.

You may not appreciate this answer but the way I found to combat that and reduce the calls a bit is to call speak with them once a day. Then after you speak with them they call the same day you may have a valid harassment complaint that you can take to your Attorney General's office. There are several behaviors that collectors cannot do and one is harassment. But you have to make the connection.
