Made excuses for not following up

I sent the letter to them confirming that I paid the account in full over 2 years ago. Now they say they never recieved the proof; I sent it to the mailing address they gave me. They continue to call saying they don't have it. Now they have given me a different address not a P.O. box, why? I also asked if this was noted in the system that it is paid and they are recieving it in the mail. Yes, is the answer, yet they continue to call and the next person says there is no note of your mailing the proof of payment , but I will make note. BULL!!!
