My daughter has been laid off and has also been recently hospitalized for a serious medical condition. These freaks call 5 times a day. We have no money! They are creeps.

They are rude.

These people call me everyday. I do not have any outstanding bills with anyone. Since I bought this house three years ago, I've had all kinds of bill collector calls harrassing me. It seems they take the address and find out the phone number to the address. They won't leave me alone. They do not believe me that I am not the previous home owner who I assume has lots of debt collections because I bought the house from a bank that was repo'd. This is outright harrassment. Imagine being a person who pays bills on time and getting harrassed for someone who doesn't pay their bills. I have had to change my phone number twice before but the harrassment never stops.

I even get mail addressed to someone who owes the bills. Trust me. I am telling the honest to God truth. Only in America can an on time bill payer get harrassed like a deadbeat. The bill collector company is named I C Systems. If they do not stop it I will sue them.

I had 2 credit cards that were turned over to IC Systems. They continue to harass me every day (including Sunday all day long. They call on my home phone, cell phone, work phone, in-law's phone (which I didn't give them the number for). I told them to stop calling me at work or I would press charges for harrassment. The guy asked me why? How stupid. I am paying the bills, so I don't know why they continue to harrass me like this. I am going to hire an attorney if it keeps up. I hope others will do the same. They need to be stopped!

If you sue them there is a 90% chance they won't show up in court. Sue them for debt plus a few thousand.

To #3- **** U. I don't even owe these SOBs but they are calling my house asking for someone else. I have told DAVID 3 Times that he has the wrong number and he hangs up on me. I have called them to have the number removed and I am either called names, or hung up on. I am told I can leave a message on Carol's machine by Megan and then hung up on AGAIN. Now, I dial the number and it rings busy. I am going to Wal-Mart, buying that blow horn and will call them until they stop calling me. I am not Sandra, but I guess with their $4.50 an hour job and no education that's what we get.

Uh, this is a COLLECTION AGENCY. If you don't want them calling you - pay your bills. Sheese, the ignorance of people.

I work night shift 12:00-0800am and receive multiple phone calls from this company daily. I will not answer the phone and refuse to answer to a debt collector. I know that if you send them a certified letter demanding that they stop communicating with you that they must listen or they risk being sued and taken out of business. as for their practices they are a leach on the butt of humanity and anyone who thinks that these practices are fair and legal needs to read the law concerning debt collection practices.

I just got off the phone with them and had set up a payment plan to pay off my Providian/WAMU and everything was fine until it came up and I knew I wasn't going to be able to make the first payment. The agreement was made to pay $814.00 on 4/18 (the orginially payment was to be made on 4/9 and I called them on 4/1 to tell them I couldn't) and they cancelled the payment on 4/10. No idea why, now to bring my account current I owe an additional $200 because they cancelled my payment. I am so pissed.
