I clearly lay out what i can afford, and that i would prefer to be sending that amount via a money order...once a month! They are so rude, and very, very sarcastic! Its not unusual for me to get 2 calls a day....and before the call is over...after they have upset me, they laugh....like its all funny! Something needs to be done by this company. I am not gonna pay them ANYTHING! I don't trust them! |

| 3. Written by wfd, on 15-02-2009 16:40 Find out who the top person is (corporate or owner) do this by BBB or google. Send the person a certified or registered cease & desist letter. They probably will at least contact you, explain the situation and then follow mpj's advice.....wfd |
| 4. Written by mpj, on 13-02-2009 18:11 It looks like this is a collection agency of some sort (website says they handle accounts receivable for companies). If they are, by law they are required to send you information in writing upon request. If you have power of attorney for your dad, there's no problem. If not, that gives them a little wiggle room to resist. You can try filing a complaint with the FTC (for their refusal to send info in writing). You can also contact your state attorney general's office (or more appropriate govt office) and file a complaint. Looks like there are a lot of people out there having problems with this company. |
