This evening I was contacted by IC Systems and spoke with the rudest representative Bill Ororzco. Mr. Orozco alleged that I owed 35.00 to a non existing hospital in Newark, NJ. I explained to Mr. Ororzco that Virtual Memorial Hospital appeared to be a ficticious name, he commenced to tell me that I was stalling to pay. He repeatedly yelled my
social security number over the phone and told me that I was lying about being seen at this hospital. I told him that he could send me verification via US
postal mail at which point he began yelling slurs to me over the phone like liar and thief. I asked the rep for his name and he repeated the spelling several times as if I could not spell. I have a double master's degree and clearly was able to spell his name the first time. He then gave me his address and told me to call or write who I wanted, no one would do anything. I called back to speak to a manager and the female representative refused to give her name. She stated that she could read in the system that I was rude to her co-worker and she would not put me on with a supervisor. She further insulted me by saying we dont have managers we call them supervisors here, and I wont put you on the line with them and she hung up on me. I will be filing my complaint with the Attorney General's office.
